Refund & Return Policy

At HeartsWay Fashion, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Certain items (such as clearance, final sale, or personalized/custom products) may not be eligible for return.


2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).


3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.

  • If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@myheartswayfashion.com before sending back your item.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized/custom products
